BBQ Sauce- Carolina Style

Mark Welch’s recipe, mustard base.

• 3/4 C yellow mustard
• 1/2 C apple cider vinegar
• 1/2 C honey
• 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
• 2 tbls ketchup
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tbls red pepper flakes
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 2 tbls brown sugar
